Take public transport

Having a car seems to the aim of most Malaysians, whether as a status symbol, for convenience or deemed extremely necessary. We cant deny the high cost of maintaining a vehicle and the carbon footing it creates. But then we blame the public transport system, we blame the pickpockets, we blame the weather and what not.. for not wanting to take the bus or LRT / KTM

Let's be positive, let's be proactive - Work our life around what we have.

It's no denying that taking the LRT will ensure u reach your destination ON TIME (except the rare occassion when someone jumps into the track and cause all LRT services to come to a halt).  You are able to BETTER PLAN your schedule, instead of getting caught in the traffic jam.  You arrive at your destination LESS HARRASSED and more prepared for your meeting.

BALANCE the usage of your car with taking the public transport.

  • Depending on your work place & schedule, either take the car on workdays & public transport on weekends or vice-versa. Take the kids for a joyride on the LRT.
  • Park & Ride - Drive your car to the LRT station and park it there. Then take the LRT.
  • Live nearer to public transport hubs
  • Car-pool with friends / colleagues
  • Work near to your home. Then u can walk or cycle there. A healthier lifestyle.
  • Load taxi apps like MyTeksi
